Each week I host a free group coaching call via zoom. This is a place that you can come and receive one on one coaching on whatever it is in your life that you would like to see differently. The call is 55 minutes in duration and all are welcome to attend. 

Some people enjoy just coming to the room and listening, which is completely fine. Sometimes when we listen to someone else being coached we are able to see things we wouldn't otherwise.

I want to keep this a place where all feel welcome. In my private coaching my clients are free to speak in whatever language they want because it is just me and them. However, in this room I want to create a space where everyone is comfortable. So I would invite you to please use clean language, (no swearing or using the Lord's name in vain). 

Once you join the room, if you have something that you would like to receive coaching on, please simply raise your digital hand, which you can find under the reactions button. 

The times and dates are listed for the call, make sure you double check the time and dates. All times are listed in Arizona time Zone. I would encourage you to go to your calendar app and put the times in as the time zone Arizona times. (yes Arizona has their own time zone).
